2FA removal request

I recently lost my device which had the 2FA enabled in it along with the backup code, due to which i cannot access my GitLab account i tried raising a ticket for it but since i’m using the free plan my ticket got closed within 1 hour. I really need gitlab team’s support in-order to recover my account please help me get my account back as soon as possible.
also i’m adding this request via a temporary account as i cannot access my actual account to add request
