I got an account with the username: shay
after reseting the password successfully and trying to login it didn’t work
assuming it would work, I tried it again and and again, and after the 5th attempt of this process my account got blocked,
is it possible to unblock it and reset the password to a preselected password?
I can provide any more information about the account if necessary
