Account Recovery Help


I am trying to recover my account. I have reset the password, but I am receiving invalid login errors. Prior to this, I tried using the recovery codes, but they were not accepted either.

The account is active.

Ah, now it appears the account is locked…

This has to be inaccurate.

If you’re seeing a message that your account is locked, this usually occurs following a lot of failed authentication attempts. The lock should expire after 10 minutes.
