I have a group of projects have a manual build. Previously anyone with a developer role could trigger the build in the UI.
Today, a developer logged in. On the pipelines page, they get the “play” button, but the build button is disabled. On the jobs tab, they aren’t getting any action buttons.
As the project owner, I still get all of the available actions.
What do I need to do to fix this?
