We are looking at switching over to the premium level and only my account (owner) is getting access to the trial. The sales account person working with us advised us to post to this channel as she is not able to help us.
Can someone help the rest of our team get access so we can test the Premium level to see if it will cover what we need?

This is a community forum, so nobody here has access to grant your users access. You need to speak to the appropriate Gitlab department to do that, most likely via their ticketing system on the link above, choosing the appropriate category.
