Allow gitlab administrator to push on every project

Hi you all,
beside my personal point of view, my boss asked me if there’s a chance to allow
the administrators to push on every project in our server by default.

Do you know if there’s a way to automate this or the only way is to be invited by the owner?

Thanks in advance.

Although I don’t recall trying, I was under the impression that any user account with instance admin privileges could do whatever it pleases, including pushing to a project’s repository.

I do know for a fact that instance admin users can see private projects and change project settings even if not a member. Worst case, they can add themselves as a member, via the REST API, if need be
