I did not get any email from gitlab on account: marzenatraczykowska, the confirmation email was not sent and that is the reason I am not able to do multiauthentication to Vault with GitLab. I have tried: https://gitlab.com/users/confirmation/new, but it did not work properly. I have tried to remove and add account again, but it does not help. I have also resend confirmation email, but it does not help - I did not get any email on my email inbox. Could you please help? Thank you in advance.
