Automatically populate custom_hooks when new project is created

Hello folks,

Is it possible to automatically populate custom hooks on all newly created project by default

  • create symlink to an existing custom_hook folder
  • If not create copy of custom_hooks folder inside newly created project.

It’s been a long time since you posted this.
Do you find something ? I am interrested.

I don’t want to enable it for all my older repositories but for all new ones, yes
