Blocked Account - Help Urgent


I have been locked out my account, not sure why. I have my username (which is my email) I have had one of the other developers check my account name and its correct. I cant login. Its not sending me a forgotten password. How the hell do I sort this? I am not sure if I have been hacked or whatever
