I have a GitLab account on an enterprise instance. I now need to do work on a public repo at gitlab.com. Is there a way I can use my enterprise account as a gitlab.com account? Or is there some way to link the two?
I have separate accounts on our each of own instances and on gitlab.com (and at least one more self-hosted GitLab instance) and haven’t seen any option to link them.
As you can conceivably have accounts on multiple instances beside gitlab.com, and as those instances can be configured however the local admin wants, there’s no way gitlab.com can support using those accounts.
