Can I use qemu-user-static in github runner?

The situation is that I want to use “nvcr.io/nvidia/l4t-base:35.3.1” this image, but it’s a aarch64 image, so I want to use “docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static --reset -p yes -c yes” to support aarch64 image. Is there any support in gitlab runner to use qemu-user-static in ci?

runner:
[runners.cache]
MaxUploadedArchiveSize = 0
[runners.docker]
gpus = “all”
tls_verify = false
image = “ubuntu:18.04”
privileged = false
disable_entrypoint_overwrite = false
oom_kill_disable = false
disable_cache = false
volumes = [“/cache”, “/data/cache:/data/cache”]
shm_size = 0
