Can we declare MachineOptions in config.toml parameters as variables

Can we delcare the MachineOptions values as variables?
For example:
Under [runners.machine]

MachineOptions = [“amazonec2-ami=ami-xxxxxxx”, “amazonec2-region=eu-central-1”, “amazonec2-zone=b”, “amazonec2-vpc-id=vpc-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-subnet-id=subnet-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-instance-type=t3.xlarge”, “amazonec2-root-size=250”, “amazonec2-volume-type=gp2”, “amazonec2-security-group=sg-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-use-ebs-optimized-instance=true”, “amazonec2-use-private-address=true”]

to

MachineOptions = [“amazonec2-ami=$TESTIMAGEID”, “amazonec2-region=eu-central-1”, “amazonec2-zone=b”, “amazonec2-vpc-id=vpc-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-subnet-id=subnet-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-instance-type=t3.xlarge”, “amazonec2-root-size=250”, “amazonec2-volume-type=gp2”, “amazonec2-security-group=sg-xxxxx”, “amazonec2-use-ebs-optimized-instance=true”, “amazonec2-use-private-address=true”]

Where $TESTIMAGEID, we have declared in ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile file as

export TESTIMAGEID= aws ssm get-parameters --name "/ec2-imagebuilder/latest" --query "Parameters[*].{Value:Value}" --with-decryption --output text

How we can achieve this in gitlab-runner config.toml ?

Can someone suggest on this topic?
