Cannot access my account

Cannot access my account on as i have lost my previous mobile and i have enabled the two factor authentication. Please help

Sorry to hear that. You need to submit a support ticket and choose (SaaS) user accounts and login… from the drop-down.

thanks but as i saw, disabling the two-factor authentication is not able for free users… what am i gonna do now ?

I’d raise the ticket and ask for advice there.
