Cannot disconnect from my social account (SAML)

I setup SAML login with O365 on a test group using the trial license. Now the trial has concluded and I want to use saml with our real group. I can’t because my account is already connected to the test SAML setup. Because the trial has expired I cannot disable saml on the test group.

When I go to my account and look under social log-in, I indeed see the SAML link. But unlike the documentation states there is no disconnect button. Just a message stating it’s active.

So how do I disconnect my account from the current SAML social signin?
