Cannot get 2fa_recovery_codes when login

Hi,
I used to get my 2fa_recovery_codes by this command when I login
ssh git@gitlab.com 2fa_recovery_codes

But today I got this error
git@gitlab.com: Permission denied (publickey).

Anyone have idea how to recover my account?
