Can't Log In: Email Code Never Received

I don’t use GitLab a ton, but I logged in successfully probably 1 month or so ago.

Now, it’s telling me “Help us protect your account” and asking for a code which is sent to my email. Even though it’s partially hidden, the email looks correct, but I never receive the code.

I have checked Spam, I have resent the code, and I never receive the email and don’t see any error codes.

Not really sure what to do next, but I’m willing to pay GitLab if they’ll help me with this issue. Just not sure how.

Suggest creating a support ticket for account problems.
