Can't Purchase Additional CI Minutes - "Please complete the required fields" but there are no fields

I’m trying to purchase additional CI minutes. After I click the button to do that, it takes me to the GitLab Customers Portal page and says I need to connect to GitLab.com. I click the link which says “Sign in to Gitlab.com” and then it pops up with a bar saying “Please complete the required fields”. Please see the attached screenshot. I have also tried Sign in in the right corner but that says “Invalid email or password”.

This happens repeatedly if I keep clicking sign in and happens on both Chrome and Firefox. I’m on Gitlab.com Free edition.

+1 I’m in the exact same situation as you, also using a gitlab.com free account.
