Completed all requirements for the ‘Gitlab Sales Professional’ course more than a couple of weeks ago but no badge was issued. Have emailed the support desk as well and it has been more than a couple of weeks and no update from them either. Any suggestions on how to proceed to resolve this issue?
Hi, we are just community forum members so we cannot help you. If you opened a ticket with Gitlab, then I guess you have to continue the discussion on that ticket.

Yes they might do but most likely quicker via a ticket since that should be seen quicker.
