Change license from starter to premium


We have a Starter EE paid license and we want change the license type to Premium.

The previous week, we send email to sales + fill a ticket but no answer.

What is the protocol for that and why we have no answer ?

That’s odd, but in this case, you can contact support via the Support Portal with your account (billing) email address, organization name, subscription number, and/or license key and the team can look up who your sales rep or account manager is.
