"CI/CD for external repo" New Project option not showing in GitLab EE docker

I’ve downloaded and installed the gitlab EE Docker image, which shows “GitLab Enterprise Edition 12.4.3-ee”

On gitlab.com itself, we get the option to create a project for ‘CI/CD for external repo”.

However, on locally hosted gitlab EE Docker, that option doesn’t appear.

How do we get this option to be available?

Solved… I just hadn’t received my trial License Key in email yet.

Once that arrived, and I applied it to my docker EE instance, the “CI/CD for external repo” option magically appeared.
