When anyone on our team attempts to create a new issue they can fill in the information but after pressing the Submit button a new message “Whoops, something went wrong on our end.” comes up so we are unable to make new issues.

This started several days ago, before that it worked flawlessly for everyone.
A team member who could not create an issue in our project tried to create an issue on another project and it worked fine.
Searches as to the cause of the problem found nothing useful.
