E-Mail Address not confirmed


when trying to Login or Clone a Repository, i get the notification:

Your primary email address is not confirmed. Please check your inbox for the confirmation instructions. In case the link is expired, you can reques
t a new confirmation email at https://gitlab.com/users/confirmation/new

When doing so i’m not recieving anything.

What can i do now to access GitLab again?

My account name is the same as here in the forum.

as instructed, I reached out to support and raised a ticket, last Friday and still waiting for a reply despite sending 4 follow-ups. Request #172405
