- I have a CE installation running on Centos 7
- Server timezone is configured properly by timedatectl (https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/centos-linux-6-7-changing-timezone-command-line/)

I enabled SMTP email settings with Gmail, having followed omnibus installation steps -> https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/workflow/timezone.html

Emailing is working, however, in the email commit details I have an issue, commit timezone is incorrect, for example
- However, commit was at 8:14 am, not 13:14 -> 2019-05-24T13:14:18Z . In Gitlab repository page, commit time appears correctly : 8:14am
The problem is with emails on push
