Enable emal notification to Approvers

I have 3 group of Approvers for marge request in template
If I create marge request all 3 groap vit user in it are assignet to marge request.
But there is not send any mail to approval user that marge request was created.
How I can enable to send email that new marge request is avoilable for Aprove to all approvals users?

I think this feature has been proposed in this issue and is not yet implemented. You might want to up-vote that issue, so that GitLab developers know that users are interested in it.
