Error 422 accessing https://gitlab.com/mycompany/repo/settings/ci_cd please help

Hello,

I am really stuck today as I can not access anymore my CI settings…
No maintainer of repo can anymore.
For 1 repo only.
It was working yesterday and now can not access https://gitlab.com/mycompany/repo/settings/ci_cd

Hey @greg.boccard, this bug was identified yesterday as a possible regression in 11.9.0-rc7 and this merge request was created to resolve it. Once that’s been deployed this should be fixed.
