Get 403 Forbidden for all gitlab.com pages and API from Company public ip

We run two instances of gitlab-runner within our company network, and suddenly we get the 403 Forbidden message and our whole company is banned from gitlab.com.

Runners are configured correctly and they work as intended, but in the last few days we started to encounter this issue. After one hour everything starts to work again but the issue is happening more frequently in the last few days.

I don’t know how to fix this because there’s no clue in any gitlab response.
