Gitlab 11.5 does not have import new project with manifest button. How to enable import new project with manifest.xml?

I am going to import Android AOSP projects (with repo manifest.xml) into Gitlab. I found that Gitlab v11.2 can Import multiple repositories by uploading a manifest file.

However, after upgrade my Gitlab server community version to v11.5, I still cannot find import project from manifest.xml button. How can I enable this function?

** My gitlab DB engine is postgresql

Hi @Andy1, you need to enable this under the admin settings https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/admin_area/settings/visibility_and_access_controls.html.
