I recently installed a GitLab server on Azure, after which I have a resource group containing, amongst other things, a VM, Disk and a Storage Account. Will both of these be backed up after activating backup in the VM?
I can only see a connection to the Disk in the VM. However, I’m not sure what the Storage Account is for. It seems to contain some kind of diagnostic data. So I’m not sure if it needs to be backed up. Can someone correct me on this if I’m wrong?
TLDR: is it enough to activate Backup in the VM to be able to restore all our code if something went wrong?
