In the last month or so we’ve noticed many different errors and weird behaviour on gitlab.com. Many of it we discarded as “one of our devs probably did something wrong” or just temp hiccup.
I’m talking about error where gitlab just deletes a branch after merging PR where deleting source branch was 100% NOT checked. Giving errors on the PR pages that made no sense (and sometimes go away with a refresh).
And now we have this:
A shit ton of changes in a PR that seem to come from absolutely nowhere… maybe I’m a git idiot if so please explain it to me, but I’m pretty convinced Gitlab has some serious problems.
If this keeps up I think our company needs to move away, back to github perhaps :(.
