Gitlab CE build jobs shows job succeeded with out running all steps and not terminating job with errors

Runners are running on Kubernetes,

gitlab version: gitlab/gitlab-ce:11.11.8-ce.0

gitlab runner: gitlab/gitlab-runner:alpine-v11.11.4

Issue:

Jobs are completing(few) with job succeeded status with out running all steps of job or with out completely running shell script.
