just one day my repo disappeared, I opened a ticket to gitlab.com but no response

is there a way I can somehow return my repo back ?
Pretty much most of us here are Gitlab users, community members so we can’t help. You’ll have to wait for Gitlab to respond to your ticket since only Gitlab staff can help you out with that. Either they will restore access or explain the reason why it was taken down.
For support issues etc, paying customers have priority so you will just have to wait patiently for Gitlab to respond.
