GitLab EE is self manedged free to use?

Hi,

I’m having trouble trying to find out if Gitlab EE is free to use for a self manedged solution for about 5 people. I have read the licensing but I still couldnt see it clearly state it is okay.

If I just want to use the features that are in the free teir would I be breaking any license agreements?

Yes you can use it. It would just be the same as ce anyway. But you have the possibility to purchase ee subscription if you wanted.
