Gitlab logout is not working after enabling SAML authentication

I have enabled SAML authentication on GitLab 12.8.7 ee through omniauth connfiguration.
I enabled omniauth_auto_sign_in_with_provider also.

Both SP and IDP initiated logins are working fine, but logout from Gitlab console is not working.
As per saml trace I see login request initiating again immediately when i click logout and user remains logged in.

Please suggest config changes to be done to get logout work.

can you share these logs and the configuration please? Also, have you done research on the changelog for possible issues being resolved in 13.x? I’d recommend upgrading to the latest stable and verifying that the issue persists.
