We have recently upgraded gitlab ce to 15.0.5 , while creating new user in gitlab the users never received the confirmation email for login/reset password but it is working for existing user . Any thoughts?
Does this only happen in the confirmation email ?
For example, for existing users, does any other email notification work correctly?
You could also give us some logs when you create a new user so we can see what’s going on.
