Gitlab pages deployes page error on refresh

I successfully deployed a gitlab page, however when I refresh page it goes to Gitlab sign in page?

https://jgbrown.gitlab.io/njcovidstats/

Shows as https://jgbrown.gitlab.io/ when I click on links on page but fails if I press refresh.
