GitLab rejects every Mail to swag@shop.gitlab.com

Hello,

I ordered something over a week ago in the GitLab shop (shop.gitlab.com) and have since been waiting for the order to be shipped.

Any e-mail, regardless of the subject, to swag@shop.gitlab.com will be automatically rejected by GitLab.

If GitLab offers a contact option in the shop, then in my opinion, this should also work without problems.
