gitlab版本是11.6.2, 部署在腾讯云。
gitlab-runner版本是11.7.0(14.9.0和最新版本都试用了，都是一样的问题)，部署在windows系统。在windows安装好gitlab-runner进行注册时，一直报错。确认了注册时的url和token都是正确的。runner服务器的网络是通的，防火墙都关掉了。可以ping通gitlab服务
