I have upgraded to 13.10.4 but the Help Page within GitLab still states 13.10.2 is installed, suggesting upgrading immediately.
We would need more details, like what kind of installation do you have. What was the steps you performed to update and what was the result. And check using rpm or dpkg what version is installed.
