I would not start with the CE edition because the code base for EE and CE has been merged. I guess there will be no CE dist. in the future.
Just deploy the EE edition and run it without licenses - the functionality is limited then.
Kerberos is only available in Starter and up.

OK. I’m just reading what is on I have a test env. without license and it is working. It’s the Docker EE image, not a “native” deployment.
