How to End GitLab Ultimate Trial Early?

Hello everyone,

I recently signed up for GitLab and was automatically enrolled in the Ultimate trial version. While I appreciate the opportunity to test out the premium features, I’ve realized that the free version would best suit my immediate needs.

Can anyone guide me on how to end the Ultimate trial prematurely so I can switch to the free version right away? I’ve searched through the documentation and settings, but haven’t been able to find a clear path on this.

There is no easy way. You can contact GitLab support (support.gitlab.com) and ask them.

PS: I think you actually have to click on a button to active Ultimate trial.
