How to Get Designs section in Gitlab - To link in to Figma

The above links represents a designs section in the issue at the timestamp 2:20, but my concern is how do i add this.

And also there is a link to their wiki from their project, that tells you how to use it all: Home · Wiki · GitLab.org / gitlab-figma-plugin · GitLab

Any more questions or problems relating to their plugin, you would need to ask them - perhaps by opening an issue on their project page.
