How to host the same GitLab-CE server on two computers?

I have GitLab set up on one of my computers and the

external_url

is set as the local IP of that computer.
Now, as obvious, when that PC is off, I cant access my repositories. Is there a way by which I can host my repositories from multiple computers simultaneously?

I don’t think that is currently possible. Something similar to what you are trying to achieve would be addressed by GitLab Geo:
