How to migrate from a server to another

Hi, I need to migrate from my actual server, CentOS 7.9, to a new server, Debian 12.
I have followed the guide I had found here: Migrate to a new server | GitLab
but after I had done all steps, on my new server I do not find any projects, nor issues nor nothing, also users are left; I think I’m facing the issue that I do not have the same mount point I have on the old server, I think this because I have try to follow those guide: Restore GitLab | GitLab
I have installed on the new server the same release I have on the old one, but I have differint partitions table.
This is the old one:

root{2}$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
devtmpfs 7.9G 0 7.9G 0% /dev
tmpfs 7.9G 84K 7.9G 1% /dev/shm
tmpfs 7.9G 201M 7.7G 3% /run
tmpfs 7.9G 0 7.9G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
/dev/sda3 25G 6.9G 17G 30% /
/dev/sda1 969M 205M 699M 23% /boot
/dev/sda5 3.9G 1.3G 2.4G 35% /var/log
/dev/sda2 38G 34G 1.8G 95% /mnt/storage
tmpfs 1.6G 0 1.6G 0% /run/user/0

New server:

root@repo:~# df -h
File system Dim. Usati Dispon. Uso% Montato su
udev 7,8G 0 7,8G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1,6G 960K 1,6G 1% /run
/dev/mapper/repo--vg-root 97G 29G 64G 32% /
tmpfs 7,8G 0 7,8G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 5,0M 0 5,0M 0% /run/lock
/dev/sda1 455M 98M 332M 23% /boot
tmpfs 1,6G 0 1,6G 0% /run/user/1000

is there a way to achieve my goal?
Thnakyou very much,
Alessandro
