Hi I have a question about the correct configuration of the ServiceDesk module. I have configured in many ways but without success. I got to the point of connecting through the correct connection to microsoft graph and reading, downloading the message to GitLab, but I cannot see the message from the GUI.
I am having precisely the same problem. Did you ever find a resolution to this?
When you run gitlab-rake gitlab:incoming_email:check, does it not perform any IMAP test and instead say Mailroom enabled? ... skipped?
