My gitlab versio is: GitLab Community Edition 13.11.4
I have a merge request assigned to a assignee.
He does not receive an email to notify him that he is assigned as assignee for the merge request.
I don’t receive an email when he makes some comments.
Why?

Click on the circle with your photo on it; go to Preferences then select Notifications from the menu. From there you can change how many notifications you get globally, and for all the groups you are in.

but there is no email to me, and no email to other people selected as reviewer
