I just can’t get my head around how to solve this issue:
We are managing a few projects for a customer and we would like to use the Service Desk feature. But we want a simple email address like ‘project_1@domain.net’ or ‘project_2@…’ for each project. I tried to work with email forwarding and aliases but nothing works a expected.
Did anyone manage to have per project email addresses that are easy to remember without having to use unfriendly %{key} part
