I cant use the compute minutes i Bought when my compute minutes ran out

Bought compute minutes and the build pipelines page still says i ran out of minutes and does not let me use them

I ran out of CI minutes so my builds stoped and i clicked on the link to buy new minutes.
I bought 1000 more minutes for 10 dolars got my receipt and everythign but its not letting me use them in my account. Please help. Do i have to do something to activate them???

Please follow these steps to create a support ticket:

  1. Create a support portal account if you do not have one
  2. Submit a support ticket using the Subscription, License or Customers Portal Problems form
  3. Add all helpful details (receipt, account name/ID, etc.)
