Improve assigning myself as a reviewer if there is already someone assigned

When I open an MR as a reviewer:

• if no reviewer are assigned, there is the “assign yourself” button (I love it)
• if some reviewers are already assigned, there is no the “assign yourself” anymore, so I have to click “edit” → “wait users list loading” → “click myself” → “click outside to apply changes”.

Would be great if I was still able to assign myself as a reviewer by on-click-action.

Good idea, I recommend using Issue tracker for feature requests if there is not a similar one already.
