Improve search time

Hi!

If I use the search box in a project with 13000+ commits / 17800+ files, the search takes more than 1 minute to complete.

I’m using Ubuntu 14.04, Gitlab Omnibus, on a server with 4 cores and 4Gb RAM.

There’s a way to improve search time?

This is mostly because search in repository is slow. Especially in big repos. SSD should help.
We aware of this and we are going to improve search performance soon
