Is turned off?

Hi all, my company’s host been down since at least Sunday. Noone is responding to our support ticket. Was the service shut off or something?

Support lead here. If you or someone at your organization has submitted a ticket related to GitHost please confirm that you’ve received a reply at this time. I looked at our GitHost Ticket queue and I’m not seeing anything without response related to a down instance.

I can’t comment publicly on GitHost related matters as an account security risk. If you aren’t seeing a reply, please let us know the ticket number in question and I’ll investigate.
